The Role

Holter Analysis & Reporting 

Analyse, review, and process Holter monitor recordings for the Singapore region.

Utilise CardioScan's cloud-based platform, BeatBox, to review, allocate, and report on Holter studies.

Prepare accurate, concise, and clinically sound reports with a high level of attention to detail.

Clinical Operations & Service Delivery

Manage workload effectively to ensure customer SLA turnaround times are consistently achieved.

Maintain quality standards and adhere to internal processes and clinical protocols.

Assist with continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.

Collaboration & Communication

Work closely with leading cardiologists, clinical teams, and operational stakeholders to support patient outcomes.

Communicate professionally and effectively with colleagues across multiple regions.

Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment while working independently when required.

Support knowledge sharing and best-practice approaches within the clinical team.

About you

Minimum 2 years' experience in Holter analysis within the cardiac industry

Qualified with an Associate Diploma or equivalent Science degree; CCT certification advantageous

Solid understanding of cardiac terminology, related technologies, and reporting

Highly organised with excellent time management and attention to detail

Strong communicator who connects well with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels

Self-motivated, proactive team player with a positive, can-do attitude

Able to work both independently and collaboratively to meet KPIs and team objectives
