Videographer /Video Editor

Responsibilities:

Videography:

Cover news events, interviews, field reports, and live broadcasts Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment professionally Ensure clear, stable, and broadcast-standard footage

Video Editing & Post-Production:

Edit raw footage into compelling news packages and short-form content Add graphics, transitions, subtitles, and sound effects Color grade and ensure final output meets broadcast quality

Content & Collaboration:

Work closely with reporters, anchors, and producers to deliver stories on deadline Manage and archive video files and project assets Support social media and digital content teams with edited clips

Equipment & Maintenance:

Maintain video equipment and report technical issues Stay updated with new editing techniques, software, and trends

Requirements:

Minimum of an HND in Mass Communication, Film, Media, or related field is an advantage Proven work experience as a Videographer/Video Editor is required Portfolio of previous work/news content required Proficient in editing software: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve Strong knowledge of camera operation, lighting, and sound Good storytelling and news sense Creative, detail-oriented, fast-paced, and able to work under pressure Must be available to work Monday - Saturday

Remuneration:  NGN100,000 – 150,000/month
