Social Engagement & KOL Specialist (Full-Time)

Hello! We are Canting Creative Digital Agency, a creative partner based in Yogyakarta specializing in digital content, video production, and brand storytelling. Currently, we are opening an opportunity for those who are eager to learn and grow as a Social Engagement & KOL Specialist.

Job Description

• Manage daily social media activities, including posting content and scheduling.
• Respond to DMs, comments, and audience interactions in a timely and appropriate manner.
• Moderate comments and social media conversations to maintain a positive and on-brand community.
• Manage and maintain brand’s accounts, including posting and engaging with relevant conversations.
• Monitor basic social media activity and flag relevant issues or audience feedback to the team.
• Identify, approach, and coordinate with 3–4 KOLs/creators per month, including handling basic negotiations and collaboration needs.

Criteria

• Based in Yogyakarta.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in social media management or a related field.
• Familiar with various social media platforms and their respective audiences.
• Responsive, organized, and detail-oriented, with strong written communication skills.
• Experience managing or engaging with online communities.
• Able to communicate and negotiate effectively with KOLs/creators.
• Understands basic social media etiquette, moderation, and community engagement.
• Able to follow brand guidelines and tone of voice consistently.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple social media activities.
