Regional Alignment and Stakeholder Management
- Strengthen collaboration with Japan headquarters and subsidiaries across Asia.
- Report logistics KPI progress, performance trends, key issues, and improvement actions.
- Support regional deployment of headquarters’ direction and priorities.
Strategy and Planning
- Develop regional supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives and subsidiary requirements.
- Lead regional demand, supply, and capacity planning activities.
- Drive continuous improvement in operational efficiency, service levels, and end-to-end performance.
Inventory Optimization
- Govern inventory strategies that balance service readiness, working capital efficiency, risk, and business growth.
- Improve inventory visibility, accountability, and performance governance.
- Partner with Finance, Business Units, and subsidiaries to optimize stock positioning and profitability.
Governance and People Leadership
- Oversee compliance, governance, and international trade control requirements.
- Align budgets, resources, and priorities with regional objectives and cost discipline.
- Build leadership capability, succession depth, and team effectiveness.
- Champion a culture of safety, accountability, continuous learning, and operational excellence.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Logistics, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience leading cross-functional teams in a regional or multi-market environment.
- Minimum 20 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, or operations management.
- Leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
- Project management and strategic planning.
- Supply chain planning, procurement, logistics, warehousing, and inventory management.
- International trade, import/export compliance, and customs requirements.
