SISIP FINANCIAL

A full suite of financial solutions, tailored to the realities of our Canadian Armed Forces Members and their families, is offered through the SISIP Financial division within CFMWS. In addition to conventional insurance, investment and financial advice products and services, we pride ourselves in delivering preventative financial education and, where required, counselling, to support our members? financial wellbeing. THE ROLE

Are you passionate about leading high-performing teams and delivering exceptional client experience? As the Senior Manager, Client and Advisory Services, you will play a key leadership role in strengthening client and advisor support across SISIP Financial. You will lead a virtual team of licensed and unlicensed professionals, enhance operational and regulatory practices, and advance strategic initiatives that support consistent, high-quality service across branches nationwide. Lead and develop a high-performing virtual team, promoting employee engagement, professional growth, accountability, and consistent service delivery

Strengthen the client and advisor experience by establishing service standards, improving support processes, and leading client outreach and engagement activities

Champion operational excellence and business transformation, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement

Provide oversight in a regulated environment, ensuring compliance with industry requirements and internal policies
