NPI Engineer (สมุทรสาคร)

Lead and execute new model preparation to ensure smooth and successful qualification processes.

Act as the main contact window with international and local customers, business units, and cross-functional internal teams.

Support control builds and special production runs to meet project or customer requirements.

Coordinate and provide support during customer audits, ensuring compliance and readiness.

Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, processes, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related fields). Minimum 1 year of related experience in electronics or manufacturing industry. Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of SPC, DOE, Minitab, and Cpk is an advantage. Good communication skills in English (spoken and written). Ability to work under pressure with flexibility in working hours. Report automation or programming knowledge is a plus.
