Chocolate Maker cum Machine Operator

Job Title: Chocolate Machine Operator Location : 7 Mandai Estate Job Scope & Responsibilities Operate chocolate production machines such as tempering, molding, enrobing, and cooling equipment

Set up machines according to daily production schedules and product specifications

Monitor machine performance, temperature, and output quality throughout production

Adjust machine settings to ensure consistent chocolate texture, weight, and finish

Conduct basic troubleshooting and minor machine adjustments during operations

Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of machines before and after use (food hygiene standards)

Carry out daily machine checks and report any faults or maintenance issues promptly

Follow SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety regulations at all times

Support packing, labeling, and basic quality checks when required

Maintain a clean and organized production area

Requirements / Skills Prior experience in food production or machine operation preferred (training can be provided)

Basic mechanical understanding and willingness to learn machine handling

Able to work in a production environment with repetitive tasks

Attention to detail and quality-conscious mindset

Team player with good time management

Willing to work shifts, weekends, or peak production periods if required
