Operations Support Technician

Job Description Advanced knowledge of operating tools; Communicating with Customer(s) & managing them; Drawing and checking of materials; Understanding of Floorplans; Ensuring on service level; Checking on quality and neatness of works; Updating on progress via whatsapp photos / messages / emails; Product Knowledge (technical specs); Standing in for any MCs or longer leave for any maintenance personnel; Manning maintenance call line if assigned; Hands-on troubleshoot; Deploy out on emergency / OT service calls if required; Driver if needed; Vehicle Maintenance and management; Office Maintenance if assigned Requirements Minimum NITEC (Electrical Engineering/Electrical Technology/Built Environment) or work- related experience Good communication & team work skills Flexibility & willingness to work overtime and night shifts occasionally (as jobs require)
