Facilities Executive [ Building Management ]
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive facilities management services, ensuring performance standards meet client expectations as per contract conditions.
- Assist the Facilities Manager / site lead in all aspects of operations and building maintenance
- Schedule and oversee preventative maintenance, pest control, and horticulture tasks through appointed contractors.
- Conduct weekly cleaner meetings and inspections to maintain high cleaning standards across the facility.
- Take responsibility for delivering Integrated Facility Management (IFM) deliverables and meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Investigate and analyze reported incidents to determine root causes and prevent future occurrences.
- Manage logistics, obtain quotations, and handle invoicing for meetings and events.
- Prepare and consolidate monthly reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Supervise a team of Technicians.
Requirements:
- Diploma holders in Building, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or Facilities Management with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
