SALES EXECUTIVE (COMMISSION AND BASIC)

Job Description Qualifying, pursuing and closing sales opportunities within a territory

Exceeding monthly, quarterly and annual sales quotas

Using/maintaining internal sales tools (salesforce.com) for CRM and pipeline management

Engaging with technical and/or executive team members in complex sales scenarios

Developing client proposals that effectively communicate our products and offer customized solutions for each unique nonprofit organization

Ongoing, self-directed monitoring of non-profit marketplace and competitor developments

Regular engagement with product management to deliver intelligence on client needs

Proven ability to generate new leads and bring in sales.

Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Able to meet and achieve monthly sales targets.

Willing to conduct   outdoor sales   and visit customer sites.

Able to develop new customers and maintain good relationships with existing customers.

Willing to travel for customer appointments and business development.

Requirements Diploma or Degree in Business management or related field.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Sales-driven, proactive, and goal-oriented.

Experience in CRM systems is an advantage.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Willing travel to our office located at 41 Pandan Road, Singapore 609283.

Valid Class 3 driving licence and driving experience required.

Availability to start work on short notice is preferred.

Only Singaporeans/ Permanent resident.

Good knowledge of the local market and customer base is an advantage.

Self-motivated, proactive and target-driven.
