Electric Vehicle Trainer

Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Electric Vehicle Trainer to drive sales excellence and workforce development across our organisation. Key Responsibilities Product Training & Development Design, source, develop and deliver product & sales training programmes. Conduct NESS (National EV Specialist Safety) training programmes and assessments when assigned during evenings or weekends. Develop training materials, assessments, role plays and coaching guides. Training Operations Maintain & update training materials, training records, attendance, feedback, assessments and evaluation reports. Prepare monthly training schedules and development plans. Requirements Education Must have ACTA / ACLP certification. Diploma qualification in one of the following disciplines: Engineering, Business Administration, Hospitality related. Skills & Competencies Presentation and facilitation skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects. Other Requirements Willing to travel within Singapore when required. Need to conducting training during evenings or weekends.
