Production Engineer (Battery Division)

-Monitoring workshop production efficiency, handling production abnormalities, and developing improvement plans to meet factory targets. -Oversee auxiliary manpower allocation and front-line employee management in the workshop; manage manpower planning and resolve personnel issues to meet staffing needs. -Ensure workplace safety through supervision, prevention planning, and abnormality handling to avoid accidents and ensure a safe production environment. -Monitor and control workshop material usage, waste materials, financial handling, and administrative tasks to ensure compliance with factory standards.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. At least 1 year of relevant experience in production or engineering roles. Minimum 2 years of experience in production management. Strong coordination and communication skills. High sense of responsibility and strong awareness of quality standards. Good analytical and judgment skills for problem-solving. Proficient in computer use, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Good communication skills in English or Chinese.
