Planning Specialist (Technology Division)

-Develop, monitor, and follow up on production plans and material plans to ensure production targets are achieved. -Prepare and maintain relevant production planning information and system data, including BOM, raw material requirements, and material demand plans. -Develop and maintain production scheduling and control plans to ensure smooth operations and product quality. -Review and continuously improve daily, weekly, monthly, and annual production plans based on production requirements and performance. -Coordinate with relevant departments, including Purchasing, Production, Warehouse, and Sales, to ensure materials and production plans are aligned. -Monitor production progress and follow up on issues to ensure production targets, delivery schedules, and operational requirements are achieved. -Analyze production and material planning data and provide recommendations for improving planning efficiency. -Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 4 years of experience in production planning, material planning, or material control. Good command of English; Chinese communication skills will be an advantage. Strong planning, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with production and material data. Proactive, responsible, and able to work effectively under pressure. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Able to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams. Candidates who can start immediately will be given special consideration.
