Equipment Engineer (Technology Division)

-Conduct feasibility studies, define requirements for equipment development/improvement, perform surveys and project evaluations to ensure effectiveness and practicality. -Responsible for preliminary design, prepare project budget and technical agreements, organize review meetings with customers to ensure requirements are met. -Responsible for detailed design, preparation of technical documents, drawings, and BOM to ensure compliance with project specifications. -Handle new equipment acceptance, including receiving manuals, assembly drawings, electrical circuit diagrams, spare parts lists, and connection details, ensuring equipment readiness for use. -Oversee installation and testing of new machines to ensure smooth transition into mass production under optimal conditions. -Develop and implement equipment maintenance/repair plans and standards to extend service life effectively. -Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Automation, Mechatronics, or related field. Ability to communicate in English; Chinese language skills are an advantage. PLC: Programming experience with at least 2 brands (e.g., Siemens, Mitsubishi, Omron, Keyence). Robotics: Familiar with at least 2 robot models (e.g., KUKA, Panasonic, ABB, Fanuc, Estun). Strong communication skills, high responsibility, and ability to work under pressure.
