Business Intelligence (Billing & Cost Management)

• Cost & Expense Analysis: Consolidate and validate operating expenses across customers, brands, and projects. Analyze actual costs against budgets and historical data to identify variances and cost-optimization opportunities.
• Billing & Invoice Preparation: Prepare billing data and supporting schedules (sales fees, commissions, logistics, marketing) in alignment with customer contracts and commercial agreements.
• Multi-system Data Reconciliation: Reconcile financial and transaction data across e-commerce platforms, ERP/accounting systems, and external customer reports to eliminate discrepancies.
• BI Dashboard & Reporting: Develop automated dashboards and KPI reports covering revenue, billing status, profitability, and operational performance for executive decision-making.
• Process Optimization & Automation: Streamline end-to-end billing and cost workflows, reduce manual data entry, and implement automated templates to improve accuracy and scalable

efficiency.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Finance, Accounting, Sales, Key Account, and Operations to confirm commercial terms, validate billable activities, and resolve billing issues seamlessly.
• Data Governance & Ownership: Act as the data owner for billing and cost datasets, maintaining organized, accurate, and fully auditable records for compliance and review.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Finance Operations, Billing, Cost Management, Commercial Operations, or Business Operations. Strong Excel skills, including PivotTables, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, Power Query, and data analysis. Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or other BI/data tools is highly preferred. Good understanding of revenue, cost structure, billing, invoicing, and financial data. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with large volumes of data. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reconciliation skills. Good communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple functions. Able to manage priorities and deliver accurate work under tight deadlines. Experience in e-commerce, e-commerce enablement, marketplace, retail, FMCG, logistics, or digital commerce businesses. Experience working with ERP, accounting, e-commerce, CRM, or order management systems. Data Management – Able to manage, validate, reconcile, and structure data from multiple sources. Problem Solving – Able to identify root causes and resolve data or billing issues systematically.
