Playground Crew/Facilitator

Playground Crew (Full time & Part Time) Job Description:

• Preparing materials for play activities.
• Taking responsibility for play activities, including classes, regular IHA, and events.
• Implementing standard operating procedures for the playground.
• Managing the organization and maintenance of toys and playground facilities.
• Preparing reports related to operational performance and toy/equipment inventory.
• Conducting regular evaluations, researching toys, and providing input for the improvement of toy quality and playground facilities.
• Fostering positive interactions with customers (children and their companions).
• Managing safety protocols and health measures in the playground area.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma education.
• Active in English and able to operate computers (Microsoft Office).
• Preference given to those experienced in teaching or working with young children (ages 0–10).
• Passionate about working with children and capable of interacting effectively with young children.
• Willing to work in shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, & National Holidays.
