Art Facilitator

Job Description:

• Lead and guide children through various art activities, including crafts and sensory activities.
• Adapt facilitation styles to suit different age groups and abilities.
• Prepare all materials and tools to ensure that they are safe, clean, and age-appropriate.
• Contribute to the development of new art-related workshops, seasonal themes, and curriculum ideas.
• Collaborate with content and design teams to ensure alignment with BUUMI’s creative direction.
• Propose and facilitate paid workshops, premium add-on sessions, or birthday/holiday programs.
• Assist in upselling creative packages or merchandise to parents and visitors.
• Track participation and provide input on pricing, sales bundles, and experience improvements.
• Create a warm, inclusive environment for families and children during sessions.
• Support cross-departmental activities, including partnership events, playdate programs, or school group visits.
• Be the "face of fun" while staying attentive to children's engagement and needs.

Requirements:

• Experience in early childhood, creative education, or facilitation (formal or informal settings)
• Background in art, design, or creative media is a plus
• Comfortable engaging with both children and parents
• Energetic, patient, and confident leading small to medium groups
• Sales mindset with a creative heart—you enjoy turning great experiences into value
• Willingness to work on weekends or holidays, depending on event schedules
