Business Development Internship (Jakarta Selatan)

We are looking for a highly driven Business Development Acquisition to help expand our AI data collection ecosystem.

Your primary responsibility is to build partnerships with small businesses across various industries—including F&B, retail, construction, services, and many more—to support our AI data collection initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential UMKM partners in the assigned area.
• Conduct field visits to generate new business leads.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with UMKM owners.
• Introduce and explain our collaboration program to potential partners.
• Collect accurate business information and maintain a lead database.
• Qualify potential partners based on the company's criteria.
• Coordinate with the Business Development team regarding lead progress and follow-up actions.
• Prepare daily and weekly activity reports.
• Provide market insights and competitor information from the field.

Requirements

• Final-year student or fresh graduate from any major.
• Based in Lebak, Banten or surrounding areas.
• Comfortable working in the field and visiting multiple locations daily.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident approaching business owners and initiating conversations.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
• Familiar with Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel.
• Owns a smartphone; personal transportation is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in sales, community engagement, or business development is a plus.
• Familiar with the local UMKM ecosystem in Lebak.
• Active in local communities or organizations.
