Interior Designer

Prepare design concepts, sketches, space planning, design development, specifications, and detailed drawings. Select and source suitable materials, furnishings, lighting fixtures, and accessories to complement the overall design concept. Develop detailed layout plans and 3D perspectives for presentations and design proposals. Present design concepts and proposals to clients, understand their requirements, and incorporate feedback into revisions. Coordinate with clients, suppliers, contractors, and other relevant parties when required. Maintain good attention to detail throughout the design and project development process. Manage multiple projects and ensure deadlines are met. Perform other ad hoc duties and support the team as required.

Requirements

• Minimum Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field , or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant industry experience preferred; entry-level candidates are welcome to apply .
• Proficient in 3ds Max, AutoCAD, and Adobe Photoshop .
• Creative with a strong eye for detail and design aesthetics.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Self-motivated, responsible, independent, and willing to learn.
• Able to multitask, adapt quickly, and handle challenges in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work effectively under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
