Barista

We're looking for a passionate, friendly, and service-oriented Barista to craft high-quality beverages while delivering exceptional customer experiences. If you enjoy interacting with people, creating memorable moments, and working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and serve coffee and non-coffee beverages according to company standards.
• Ensure consistency in beverage quality, presentation, and taste.
• Welcome customers with a warm and professional attitude.
• Recommend beverages and confidently upsell menu items based on customers' preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure proper handling of ingredients and equipment.
• Work closely with the Service Crew and Kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Maintain food safety, hygiene, and operational standards at all times.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 year of experience as a Barista or in the hospitality industry.
• Passionate about coffee, beverages, and delivering excellent customer service.
• Strong hospitality mindset with a genuine passion for serving people.
• Friendly, communicative, and confident interacting with customers.
• Confident in recommending products and creating upselling opportunities.
• Comfortable communicating in English with local and international customers.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.
• Well-groomed, proactive, detail-oriented, and a strong team player.
• Positive attitude, eager to learn, and committed to maintaining high-quality standards.
