Contract Management Specialist

Boeing is looking for a Contract Management Specialist to be based in Singapore. The Contract Management Specialist will serve as a Contracts Liaison focused on closing known engagement gaps, accelerating contract negotiations, and improving alignment across Program Management, Business Development, Legal, Supply Chain, and customer stakeholders. This role plays a critical part in positioning Boeing more effectively during both proposal development and contract execution. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary liaison to streamline communication and alignment across internal and external stakeholders. Support negotiation activities to improve efficiency and reduce engagement gaps. Strengthen Boeing’s competitive positioning during proposal acquisition and contract execution.

Required Qualifications Demonstrated expertise in Boeing contracting policies and procedures, with the ability to manage significant business risk, including direct contracting from the U.S. Strong working knowledge and experience with Defense Direct Commercial Sales (DCS) and U.S. Government/Foreign Military Sales (USG/FMS) contracting frameworks and related policies. Ability to engage immediately with minimal onboarding time due to multiple high-priority campaigns; requires familiarity with Boeing platforms and programs, contracting and cost principles, Intellectual Property protocols, security and compliance requirements, and organizational structures. This is an export controlled position to have full access to export-controlled systems, including Boeing’s contracts and pricing systems. Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance.
