Responsibilities:

Provide academic, career, social, and emotional guidance to students.

Support students’ wellbeing and address behavioral and personal concerns.

Provide counseling and appropriate support to students facing challenges.

Communicate effectively with students, parents, teachers, and school management.

Collaborate with parents and teachers to monitor and support students’ progress.

Identify students’ needs and recommend appropriate interventions or support.

Promote a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.

Maintain accurate records of student counseling sessions, concerns, and progress.

Help students develop positive behaviors, confidence, and decision-making skills.

Organize and participate in student development, guidance, and wellbeing programmes.

Requirements:

A minimum of 2 years of experience A minimum of a degree in a related field
