About the Role

As our Manufacturing & Industrialization Engineer, you will help turn innovative heat pump technology from prototypes and pilot builds into robust, repeatable manufacturing processes.

This is a highly hands-on, shop-floor-based engineering role. You will spend most of your time close to the product and production floor, working directly with Production, Engineering, and Quality to develop manufacturing processes, solve build and assembly issues, and implement practical solutions.

You will translate engineering designs into effective ways of building our products: developing assembly methods, designing and improving workstations, tooling and fixtures, troubleshooting issues during builds, and identifying what needs to change to keep production moving.
