Senior Architect

Responsibilities:

Supervise construction works on site Lead architectural design from concept to execution Produce high-quality 3D models and photorealistic renderings Prepare and review detailed working drawings and specifications Coordinate consultants and contractors Ensure compliance with approved drawings and standards Monitor project progress and report to management Resolve technical and site-related issues Support project documentation and approvals Mentor junior architects and design staff

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture Minimum of 3 years post-graduation experience Strong design and rendering portfolio with built projects Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray, and related software Strong site supervision experience Good knowledge of Nigerian building regulations Ability to manage multiple projects Excellent communication and leadership skills Professional registration with ARCON (an advantage) Architectural design and project coordination 3D modeling and high-quality architectural rendering Strong site supervision and construction management skills Excellent technical drawing and detailing ability Project planning and documentation Team leadership and communication Problem-solving and decision-making skills

Remuneration:  NGN 300,000 monthly net
