Experienced Butcher

S NEEDED! Full Time, Permanent position. Billfields of London is a family run Catering Butcher that has been supplying some of London's finest food establishments for over 30 years. Our fully licensed factory is based around 5-minute walk from Caledonian Road tube station. There is free parking on site. Different shifts are available, both night and day. Flexible shift patterns, either 9 or 10 hours per day / night and either 5 or 6 days per week. There is also the option of taking full school holiday leave. The ideal candidate will: Have experience boning beef, lamb, pork and poultry to customer specifications. Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to our levels of food safety.
