Senior Business Excellence - Real Estate

This role will support the Commercial Business Excellence function in analyzing business needs, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting the development and delivery of Commercial initiatives.

The role will work closely with Commercial stakeholders to understand business requirements, analyze processes, performance and relevant business and financial information, support the development of solutions and recommendations, and ensure initiatives are clearly defined and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct business analysis to understand business needs, challenges, gaps and improvement opportunities across Commercial.
• Gather, analyse and document business requirements for strategic and operational initiatives.
• Support the analysis and improvement of business processes, ways of working and customer or operational journeys.
• Support the development of business cases, project scopes, RFP requirements and other documentation required to progress approved initiatives.
• Analyse business, operational, performance and relevant financial information to identify trends, gaps, performance issues and opportunities.
• Review existing business and financial reporting to identify gaps, inefficiencies and opportunities to improve the quality, usability and relevance of management information.
• Support the development and review of KPIs, dashboards, management reports and other analysis required to support Commercial decision-making.
• Work with Commercial stakeholders to develop practical recommendations and support the implementation of agreed improvements.
• Support the development and enhancement of Business Excellence practices, processes and governance within Commercial.
• Provide business analysis support to projects and initiatives, working alongside project management and other specialist resources as required.
• Support the identification, tracking and resolution of business issues, risks and improvement opportunities.
• Engage with stakeholders across Commercial and relevant corporate functions to gather information, build alignment and support effective decision-making
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in Business Analysis, Business Excellence, Business Transformation, Consulting, Process Improvement, PMO, or Commercial Analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, financial, and commercial skills, with experience in data analysis, reporting, and management information.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI and process mapping tools such as Visio or ARIS is an advantage.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial performance reporting, and business process improvement is preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex analysis into practical recommendations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and support cross-functional Commercial and Business Excellence initiatives.
• Relevant certifications such as Business Analysis, Project Management, Lean Six Sigma, Finance, or Accounting are an advantage.
