Recruitment Specialist

Mr. Smash Burger | Badung, Bali | On-Site | Big Bellies Clan is a growing F&B group in Bali and our main brand is Mr. Smash Burger. We’re looking for experienced Recruitment Specialist to support our expansion by managing high-volume hiring and building strong talent pipelines across operational and support functions. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for our restaurant staff recruitment activities across multiple outlets. This role requires a proactive recruiter who is familiar with Bali's talent market and capable of handling high-volume hiring in a fast-paced operational environment. Requirements

• 2-3 years or above of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Headhunting.
• Proven experience managing high-volume recruitment in fast-paced environments.
• Experience recruiting for F&B, Restaurant, or Hospitality is highly preferred.
• Strong track record hiring operational positions, especially kitchen and restaurant teams.
• Familiar with Bali labor market, candidate behavior, and local recruitment channels.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and interviewing skills.
• Comfortable working with recruitment targets and hiring deadlines.
• Familiar or Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process, from manpower request to candidate onboarding.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, communities, and direct approaches.
• Conduct CV screening, phone screening, and initial interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules with Hiring Managers and department heads.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure recruitment targets and hiring timelines are achieved.
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports with HR team.
• Develop strong candidate networks within Bali's F&B and hospitality industry.

Hiring Scope Primary focus includes:

• Daily Worker for Kitchen or Cashier Staff
• Floor Captain
• Outlet Assistant Supervisor
• Outlet Supervisor

Preferred Qualifications

• Existing network within Bali's F&B and hospitality talent community.
• Experience supporting multi-outlet operations.
• Experience hiring both entry-level and mid-level positions.
• Strong sourcing and talent mapping capabilities.
