Production Engineer

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily production cycles, line schedules, and machine operators to ensure target output meets quality standards. Monitor raw material utilization, minimize downtime, and reduce operational waste. Conduct regular process audits, implement standard operating procedures (SOPs), and enforce factory safety protocols. Collaborate with the quality and technical teams to troubleshoot production delays or equipment failures. Maintain complete daily batch records, production yields, and downtime logging reports.

Requirements:
