Responsibilities;
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to support our operation and business.
- Take ownership of assigned special projects aimed at solving critical business pain points, improving operational efficiency, or driving innovation.
- Analyze complex problems, and present strategic solutions or process improvements to the management team.
- Follow up on assigned projects, coordinate with responsible departments, and ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Participate in hands-on operational tasks to understand real business processes and support successful execution.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economic or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome. Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and solving real business problems.
