Manufacturing Supervisor

-Control and implement the company’s manufacturing plan -Control manufacturing to achieve the company’s quality goals and KPI -Manpower planning for consistency in Manufacturing -Follow up daily out-put and shipment to achieve target -Follow up on daily Manufacturing and down time report, daily yield, OEE -Plan and control manpower -Others as assigned by Manager

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field 3-5 years of experience in wire harness manufacturing Male, Age between 25-30 years old Leadership skill and communication skill are necessary Good computer literate in Ms Office or related field Can communicate in English Experience with wire harness manufacturing is a plus Good knowledge of Lean or Six-Sigma Manufacturing is advantage and Kaizen Flexibility and able to work under presure Critical thinking and problem-solving ability
