Chemical Engineering-Assistance Manager

1.Execute assigned tasks and support managerial directives. 2.Review and verify ECP/Cleaning data inspection sheets and evaluation requests. 3.Lead ECP parameter setup and prepare compensation sheets for NPI products. 4.Oversee Wet Process and ECP process controls including improvement activities and GNG issue resolution. 5.Manage machine qualification for new setups or modifications. 6.Lead troubleshooting of mechanical and chemical process issues. 7.Drive yield enhancement and cost reduction initiatives. 8.Ensure compliance with company policy, Kaizen, 7S, and ISO standards (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001). 9.Support ISO audits and related activities.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering or related field. Minimum 10 years engineering experience. (HDD field preferred) Strong knowledge in machining/chemical processes. Able to operate PC programs. (Word, Excel, AutoCAD, PLC) Understanding of 7QC tools, SPC, Calibration, GR&R, MSA, TQM, IE, FMEA, DOE, correlation & regression. Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
