Job Details: Working Days: 6 days per week Working Hours: Food court operating hours Full time and Part time positions available Job Responsibilities: Prepare and portion ingredients for hotpot. Prepare hotpot soups and soup bases. Prepare sauces and condiments. Ensure ingredients are fresh, properly prepared, and ready for service. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen preparation area. Follow food safety and hygiene standards. Assist with daily kitchen operations and other cooking-related duties.
