Food Truck Manager

Looking for Food Truck Operations Manager.

The Role

• Oversee and manage various aspects of the Food Truck and External Event operations
• Ensure SOPs are complied with and work with management to improve existing SOPs
• Drive the Food Trucks to event sites and manage all aspects of the Food Trucks’ operations
• Manage a team of part-time crew
• Train newcomers and ensure that they understand and adhere to SOPs

Woking hours

• 5-day week, 40 hours per week
• May be required to work on some weekends and public holidays

Skills and Prerequisites

• At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory/ executive role in retail or F&B
• At least 2 years of experience in customer facing functions in retail or F&B
• Possess a class 3 / 3A driving license
• Enjoys beers and outdoor events
• Outgoing personality – enjoys chatting and interacting with people
• Meticulous – attention to detail and able to spot minute errors
• Organized – able to plan and execute procedures methodically

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $3,500.00 - $5,500.00 per month

Schedule:

• Holidays
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

• Performance bonus

Experience:

• supervisory/ executive / junior management: 3 years (Required)
• customer facing in retail or F&B: 3 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• Class 3 / 3A Driving License (Required)
