Operational Excellence Specialist

Analyze existing manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement, waste reduction, and efficiency enhancement .

Support the implementation of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies across production and operational processes.

Identify and analyze process losses, bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and recurring operational problems.

Monitor and analyze key operational KPIs , including productivity, efficiency, OEE, scrap, downtime, and other performance indicators.

Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for operational problems and support the implementation of effective corrective and preventive actions.

Participate in Continuous Improvement / Kaizen projects and follow up on improvement actions and their results.

Support the implementation and follow-up of 5S standards across factory departments.

Analyze production and operational data to identify trends, deviations, and improvement opportunities.

Work closely with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, and other departments to improve processes and operational performance.

Support the development and standardization of SOPs, work instructions, and process documentation .

Follow up on improvement initiatives and measure their impact on productivity, cost, quality, and process efficiency .

Prepare regular reports and presentations on operational performance and continuous improvement projects.

Support a culture of problem-solving, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement across the organization.

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, Business Administration , or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, Process Improvement, or a similar role within a manufacturing environment.

Good understanding of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles .

Practical knowledge of 5S, Kaizen, Root Cause Analysis, and waste reduction techniques .

Good understanding of manufacturing KPIs , such as Productivity, Efficiency, OEE, Scrap, and Downtime.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong ability to analyze operational data.

Experience with ERP systems is preferred.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.

Good communication and coordination skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams .

Good organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple improvement activities.

Good command of English , both written and spoken.

Proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn, improve processes, and add measurable value to the organization .
