Highlights: Attractive Overall Salary Package (With Basic + Incentive + Sales Comms) Provide systematic training (Both Theory & Hands-on) 6 Days: Mon-Fri 10am -8pm (break 1 hr); Sat 10am-7pm (break 1hr); Sun & PH: Off 6 Off days/ month Job Description: Perform facial, body, and device-based treatments (e.g. Hydrafacial, IPL, Fat Freezing) safely and effectively Understand customers' skin/body goals and recommend suitable treatments, working with the doctor’s advice Do basic skin and body analysis before treatments Promote the company’s products and services Keep treatment rooms clean, tidy, and presentable at all times Provide friendly and professional customer service Build good relationships with customers to encourage repeat visits Meet and exceed personal sales and treatment targets Job Requirement: No prior experience required (training provided) Relevant certifications (CIDESCO, CIBTEC, ITEC, etc.) will be an advantage Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude Well-groomed, motivated, and sales/service-oriented Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Able to work on weekends and retail hours
