Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day clinic operations and ensure smooth workflow across departments

• Lead and motivate front desk, therapists, and support staff to meet performance and service standards

• Manage appointment scheduling systems and monitor customer flow

• Support marketing and promotional activities to drive clinic traffic

• Handle customer feedback and resolve service-related issues professionally

• Assist in inventory management and supplier coordination

• Prepare operational reports for management review

• Ensure compliance with clinic policies, hygiene standards, and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• Prior experience in beauty, wellness, or healthcare industry is an advantage

• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills

• Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities

• Customer-focused mindset with a pleasant and professional demeanor

• Able to work retail hours and weekends when required
