Electrical Construction Manager (Bauleiter Elektrotechnik)

Work tasks: Management of electrical installation teams and allocation of tasks. Planning of works and monitoring of deadlines and the quality of work performed. Monitoring compliance with occupational health and safety requirements, technical requirements and quality standards. Ensuring that works are carried out in accordance with project documentation and technical requirements. Communication and coordination with the client, project management, other contractors and the company's management. Monitoring working hours and completed work volumes. Preparation and management of the required work documentation, reports and protocols. Coordination of the supply of required materials, tools and equipment to construction sites. Timely reporting to the company's management on work progress, deviations from the schedule and any issues arising on construction sites.

We offer: We offer long-term and stable employment in Germany, in the federal state of North Rhine-Westphalia (Düsseldorf, Cologne and surrounding areas). Gross salary of €3,800–€4,500 per month, depending on the candidate's experience and qualifications. The final salary will be agreed individually. Start as soon as possible. The employer provides accommodation in Germany and transportation required for work. The company covers flight tickets to Germany or other agreed travel expenses related to starting work. Official employment with an Estonian company, including the preparation of the necessary documents for working in Germany in accordance with applicable requirements. Work on long-term electrical installation projects. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30–18:00.
