Group Reporting Manager, Group Financial Reporting Department, Bank of Georgia
Lion Finance Group plc is looking for a highly motivated Reporting Manager to join the Group Financial Reporting Department.
Location: Tbilisi, Georgia
Deep review and analysis of subsidiaries and segments. Primary Holding Company contact for the subsidiary
Consolidation pack ownership
Oversee and manage the preparation of analytical reports, ensuring the organization and summarization of complex data, identifying trends, and providing in-depth analysis to support management's decision-making process.
Lead and manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
Take full responsibility for the monthly management reporting process.
Manage the quarterly management accounts release process.
Coordination of annual audit and half-year review activities with external auditors.
Develop, implement, and improve reporting procedures.
Supervise and support the team in the preparation of ad-hoc requests for management and business lines.
Mentor and support the professional development of junior members of the reporting team.
Participation in significant acquisition transactions; due diligence process and bond issuance transaction supporting.
Education & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, with a Major in Finance. Master's degree is an advantage
ACCA or CFA qualification is strongly preferred; part-qualification with commitment to completion is acceptable.
Experience
Minimum 6–10 years of progressive experience in financial reporting, consolidation, or audit, of which at least 3 years in a banking or financial services financial reporting environment.
Demonstrated experience in owning end-to-end reporting processes.
Proven experience in team and process management.
Skills
Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
Working knowledge of IFRS; ability to interpret and apply standards independently
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; experience with consolidation tools is an advantage
Familiarity with AI-assisted financial analysis tools and automation in reporting workflows is considered an advantage
Ability to manage priorities effectively, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
High attention to detail combined with the ability to transform complex financial information into clear, decision-ready outputs
