Production Manager (MP Department/Winthai Food MFG Sakaeo)

Jobs Weekly 1.To get cost effective all the time. 2.Work with planner to produce prioritized ordered product and try to finish ASAP to reduce holding cost. 3.Take care asset of dept. and keeping in the good condition all time, including product, tools, equipment, machine, packaging, ingredient, facilities etc. 4.Produce the product per planed and try to achieve zero defect product with good quality concerning with Food Safety and Food Security. 5.Take care all Foreman and Supervisor, to train them to work at their best efficiency. Utilize the human resource to get full capacity. 6.Manage/develop good safety and environment to work place. This includes Quality System and maintenance system.

Jobs Monthly 7.To implement batch test regularly to maintain standard cost and recipe. 8.Produce product with waste elimination concept to achieve no waste in processing. 9.Be able to work closely with QA and QMR to update all the time of all the quality procedures and WI under all quality system and implement accordingly. 10.Be able to process all the production data and product information to dept. required on daily basic. 11.Be able to support and participate in the company quality and social activity implementations such as ISO 9001:2015 , energy saving, and environment and etc. 12.Be able to take up any job assigned by the management at any time related to work.

Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, Biotechnology, or related fields Minimum of 5 years of experience in production management within the food manufacturing. Proficiency with Microsoft Office as well as quality control applications. Knowledge of ISO system GMP, ISO, BRC and IFS. Strong understanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice), HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point), and food safety regulations Strong leadership and team management skills Good communication and interpersonal skills Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
