WHAT WILL YOU INVOLVE
- Support the Production Manager in coordinating daily factory operations
- Monitor KPIs, production performance, and project progress to ensure alignment with company goals
- Work cross-functionally to solve problems, improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance product quality
- Support or lead improvement projects related to operational excellence, process optimization, and digitalization
- Prepare reports, analyses, and presentations for leadership decision-making
- Act as a communication bridge between the Factory Director and internal/external stakeholders, including translation support when needed
WHAT WE NEED YOU HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related fields
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Proactive mindset with strong ownership and execution skills
- High adaptability and willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Leadership ambition with the desire to grow into a future management role
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Manufacturing, Merchandising, IE, Planning, QA, Project management, or Assistant roles in factory environments
- Understanding of garment, textile, or headwear manufacturing processes
- Familiarity with Lean, continuous improvement, or data analysis tools is a strong advantage
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets / reporting skills are a plus

Salary: Negotiation One-month probationary period Full salary for social insurance Meal provided during working hours. High Social insurance 13th-month salary bonus. Opportunity to use and improve English skills in a professional environment. Working time: Monday to Saturday: 7.30 am - 4:30 pm. Half day off on Saturday.
