Senior Shopkeeper

A Conception Store in Canggu, Bali ​is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Senior Sales (Full-time)

Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional customer experience aligned with brand standards Achieve high conversion rates and maintain strong average transaction value Build long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business Support the Store Manager in daily store operations Assist with staff scheduling, shift coordination and team communication Maintain accuracy of the POS system (MOKA) including stock entries, adjustments and basic reporting Maintain stock organization and ensure proper product display Maintain visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines Report daily sales performance and insights to the Store Manager

Requirements: Indonesia Citizen Excellent written and verbal communication in English Proven experience working as a Senior Sales or in a related position Highly proactive and self-driven Confident, stable and strong in personality Fast learner, adaptable and ready to take on responsibility Friendly, communicative and customer-oriented
