SALES MANAGER

General Requirements:

• Male / Female, maximum age 35 years old
• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major (preferably Management, Business, Marketing, or Tourism/Hospitality)
• Relevant work experience in Sales & Marketing (minimum 1 year for Executive level, and 3–5 years for Managerial level)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with high confidence
• Highly target-oriented, honest, disciplined, and possessing strong work integrity
• Able to work independently as well as in a team under pressure
• Proficient in operating computers (MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM/sales management systems
• Fluent in Indonesian with good proficiency in English (both spoken and written)
• Well-groomed, professional appearance, and a positive work attitude
