Pool Attendant (Daily Worker)

Job Summary Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall readiness of pool areas while ensuring guests have a safe and comfortable experience. The Pool Attendant monitors pool conditions, assists guests with pool-related needs, maintains poolside facilities, and promptly reports any safety hazards or incidents to the relevant team.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise guest behavior in the pool and slide areas to ensure compliance with safety rules and provide proper usage guidance.
• Provide directions and information to guests to prevent accidents and answer questions regarding facilities and park areas.
• Administer first aid or escort injured guests to the First Aid station, and guide them to safe areas in case of emergency.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the work area and contribute to the efficient use of electricity and water, and to environmental pollution control.
• Actively participate in emergency response situations

Requirements:

• Physically fit with strong swimming abilities
• Knowledgeable about pool cleaning & maintenance
• Positive, energetic, and creative
• Skilled in verbal communication
• Able to speak Basic English
• The ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and shifts
• Excellent customer service skills
• A consistently professional appearance
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• At least one year of experience in the hospitality or tourism industry
