Bajradana Architects is an architecture and interior design company based in Bali, Indonesia. We are known for our innovative design work and professional approach. We are currently looking for a motivated and talented individual to join our team in Mengwi, Badung.
We are looking for a Part-Time Sales Marketing to strengthen our marketing team, expand our client network, and generate new project opportunities across Bali and surrounding areas.
Qualifications

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Confident in communicating with and approaching potential clients.
- Active on social media and able to use it to generate potential leads.
- Good networking and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented and highly motivated to achieve results.
- Proactive, responsible, disciplined, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Previous experience in sales or marketing is an advantage.
- Existing networks in property, architecture, construction, interior design, or business are an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Find and generate potential clients through online and offline channels.
- Promote Bajradana Architects' architecture and interior design services.
- Identify potential clients such as landowners, property developers, business owners, and clients looking for renovation or new construction.
- Utilize social media, personal networks, communities, and property events to generate leads.
- Present the company's portfolio, services, workflow, and estimated design fees to potential clients.
- Follow up with leads, proposals, and potential projects.
- Coordinate with the architect and admin teams regarding client requirements.
- Report potential leads and projects to the team.
- Be willing to attend client meetings or site visits when required.
