KOL Specialist

Job Description

• Manage and execute KOL campaigns from planning to execution.
• Source and reach out to KOLs on a large scale across different categories.
• Build and maintain relationships with KOLs and talent.
• Identify suitable KOLs across Nano, Micro, Macro, and Mega tiers.
• Negotiate collaboration terms and coordinate campaign deliverables.
• Monitor KOL performance and campaign results.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a KOL Specialist, KOL Management, or similar role.
• Experienced in reaching out to and managing KOLs at scale.
• Strong understanding of Nano, Micro, Macro, and Mega KOL tiers.
• Good communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Able to work WFO in Cengkareng, Jakarta Barat.
• Available to join immediately / ASAP.
