Achieving production plans according to monthly production plan received from planning department.

Achieving and improving product quality requirements in accordance with the product standard

Improving production processes by raising productivity, reducing waste, reducing breakdowns and downtimes, to achieve the target overall efficiency of OEE.

Implement SMED, 5S and Lean six manufacturing Techniques.

Assist management to resolve production problems by providing production reports including actual working hours, number of accepted quantities also with a record of hours consumed in rework and downtime.

Responsible for product quality and activating the built-in quality system.

Make sure work is done according to safety standards

Follow up on the key performance indicators for production lines.

BSc degree in (Mechanical - Production Major - Industrial engineering) from a reputable university.

Ability to implement( SMED, OEE, 5S Techniques )

Leadership skills ,Problem-solving skills

Very good communication skills

V. Good in M.S Office and Google Sheets.

Certified in Lean manufacturing is an extra.

Fluency in English is a must.
