Customer & Sales Representative

Responsibilities:

Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries across WhatsApp, Instagram and other communication channels.

Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable products.

Convert enquiries and leads into sales.

Follow up with prospective customers and previous leads to improve conversion.

Confirm customer orders and payments.

Maintain accurate customer, order and sales records.

Properly label and organize customer contacts and conversations.

Provide customers with accurate product, pricing and delivery information.

Coordinate order packaging and dispatch.

Follow up on deliveries and keep customers informed about their orders.

Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues where necessary.

Follow up after purchases to obtain feedback and reviews.

Re-engage existing customers to encourage repeat purchases.

Support basic inventory updates and report low or out-of-stock products.

Submit required daily sales and customer service reports.

Requirements:

A minimum of 1 year of experience A minimum of a degree in a related field
