Job Summary

You will apply advanced 3D modeling and rendering skills to deliver high-quality visualizations for commercial interior fit-out projects. Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to develop design initiatives, manage project documentation, and ensure timely delivery of presentation materials.

Responsibilities

• Use SketchUp, Autodesk 3ds Max, and V-Ray to create high-quality 3D models and renderings for commercial interior projects
• Apply Adobe Photoshop to enhance images and perform post-production for presentation materials
• Implement rendering workflows including lighting, material mapping, and visual composition to produce presentation-quality still renders within project timelines
• Assist project teams in space planning and preparing construction drawings to support project execution
• Develop and execute design initiatives as directed by the project team to meet client requirements
• Manage all design-related matters and maintain accurate project documentation throughout the project lifecycle
• Communicate effectively and follow up with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project alignment and progress
• Conduct site inspections and coordinate site activities as needed to support project delivery
• Adhere to design presentation schedules and project timelines to ensure timely completion of deliverables

Required competencies and certifications

• Relevant interior design qualification
• Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in commercial interior fit-out projects, especially corporate offices
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and Word for project documentation and communication
• Proficient in 3D Max, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, and PowerPoint for design visualization and presentations
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with a mature, self-motivated approach
• Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills with attention to detail

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in presentation design and graphic design to enhance client deliverables
