Logistics Officer

Responsibilities: Monitor and manage warehouse stock levels, logging all inbound shipments and outbound products to ensure physical inventory perfectly matches records. Oversee warehouse organization, safety protocols, and storage optimization for high-value and fragile solar components. Coordinate and execute the physical transit, delivery, and dispatch of equipment to project sites or regional offices. Maintain accurate logistics documentation, including waybills, goods received notes (GRN), delivery logs, and stock cards. Oversee routine maintenance and daily checks of assigned company distribution vehicles to ensure operational readiness.

Requirements: OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or inventory management, preferably handling technical or fragile goods. Valid driver's license with a clean driving history and a strong understanding of city transport routes and safety regulations. Ability to handle, load, and organize solar equipment safely. Competencies: Exceptional organizational skills, strict attention to detail, high integrity, and basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel or inventory software.
