We are seeking a dedicated and service-oriented Credit Cooperative Executive to join our team.
In this role, you will play a key part in managing credit operations, supporting members’ financial needs, and strengthening our cooperative’s mission of community development and financial inclusion.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer membership applications, lifecycle transactions, deposit placements/renewals, and withdrawals in accordance with internal policies and regularities requirements
- Membership data and transactions maintenance
- Managing loan applications, approvals and disbursements in line with credit policies
- Monitoring loan repayments and support recovery efforts where necessary
- Perform daily transaction reconciliation and support operational processes
- Serve as a key point of contact for members’ enquiries, providing timely and accurate information on products and services
- Provide professional customer service all members as required
- Support and participate in cooperative initiatives, including outreach programmes, campaigns, and member engagement activities
- Coordination and administration of board and department meetings
Requirements
- ITE/Diploma in a relevant discipline, candidates without experience are welcome to apply.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a member-centric mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
